USE: For any hairstyle including locs and sister-locs, in between washes, or as a pre-treatment before washing. Use the nozzle tip to reach your scalp (be mindful of how far you choose to open the nozzle). Use fingertips to massage oil throughout. Style your hair for the day, or let marinate in your du-rag or bonnet at night. Condition beards with an all day natural shine.
WASH & GO ALERT: you may prefer to apply this hair oil AFTER your wash & go is complete and fully dried to prevent product beading / residue. Plus, as your fingertips massage this oil into your scalp, you will also fluff out your wash and go perfectly!

Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped throughout the US via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and then shipped. Most orders should arrive 2-3 business days from shipping date. However, please note, USPS (and other carriers) are experiencing delays and our order may take longer than expected to arrive.
You can also track your order by downloading a free Shopify app called ARRIVE. This app helps you instantly track any orders you place here or any other Shopify stores.
Tracking information is provided with every order shipped. Once the tracking shows that your package was delivered and if you have not received it, you must contact USPS or delivery carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
Refund Policy
A Little Bit of Love values all customers and strives to provide quality products and an optimum shopping experience.
We hope every purchase will be to your satisfaction. If a return is necessary please send item(s) back within 14 days of the delivery date. All merchandise returns must be unused, unopened. If you wish to return the parcel please first send an email to alittlebitoflovebeauty@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for you return request. Your payment will be credited back to the original form of payment.
Please note if returning by mail, we suggest using USPS priority shipping for convenience and tracking. You will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items. Your returned items must be unused and unopened (free of any stains, debris, any signs of use/wear & tear). Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
Damages and issues
I hope every purchase is to your satisfaction, however, if your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact me immediately at alittlebitoflovebeauty@gmail.com and I am happy to make it right. If this results in a refund, your credited amount will be returned to your original form of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
